Each year, Walk In It Inc. hosts the Pink & Black Gala. This special night is for celebration, recognition and fundraising for the Ladies of Distinction Program and other Walk In It initiatives such as R.E.D (Raising Excellent Daughters) and WIT Women.
L.O.D. participants from all over Tidewater and Hampton Roads gather with parents, teachers, school administrators, community leaders, sponsors, L.O.D. staff, and Walk In It Board Members for a memorable evening.

Walk In It's Ladies of Distinction program helps the organization fulfill their mission to empower girls and women to be holistically healthy in all aspects of their lives. Ladies of Distinction participate in healthy relationship conferences and small group sessions based on specialized topics.
